Also managed the company’s ongoing litigation in these areas as well as a small number of personal injury and admiralty suits.

Assignments included condemning land for highways, defending highway projects against environmental challenges, regulatory enforcement of varied departmental rules and regulations, and appellate representation of the State in both state and federal courts.
